Products
Our products are 3D-printed and made to order. Images are colour previews; actual pieces show fine layer lines and may vary slightly in colour and finish. Dimensions are approximate.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order affected by a pricing or stock error.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment succeeds or, for Cash on Delivery, once confirmed on WhatsApp. We may decline orders that look fraudulent or cannot be delivered.
Use of products
Products are intended for décor and organisation, not for food contact, and should be kept away from heat above 50°C. Lamps must be used only with the LED bulb supplied or an equivalent LED bulb.
Intellectual property
All designs, images, the House of Ekrang name and the Ek rang mark belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Surat, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
